Sterling Silver :

Singular Creature sterling silver jewelry is hand-made and finished in small batches.

We recommend cleaning your sterling silver jewelry using a soft polishing cloth. Make sure to fully dry the piece before wearing it. Do not use harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners as this will affect the finish and might remove the antiqued portion, if any, of your piece.

Please store your jewelry in the provided pouch, this will ensure protection from both scratches and tarnishing.

Gold plated Bronze :

Singular Creature bronze jewelry is hand-made and finished in small batches then plated in 14k yellow gold.  To ensure the life of plated bronze jewelry, do not expose it to moisture.

Please remove your jewelry while exercising, bathing, and swimming, and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or hair products.

We recommend cleaning your plated jewelry using a damp, soft cloth. Make sure to fully dry the piece before wearing it. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish.

Please store your jewelry in the provided pouch, this will ensure protection from both scratches and tarnishing.

Since our bronze jewelry is plated, we are not able to repair any bronze jewelry.

However, we kindly ask that you bring any issue experienced within 30 days of purchase to our attention. Should there be a problem with your jewelry, we are happy to replace this item or extend credit to you for the same amount.
